Delivery & fulfillment policy

NetSecWall is a digital product. There is nothing to ship — your license key is issued automatically as soon as payment clears, shown on screen, and emailed to you.
What you receive
| Item | How it's delivered | When |
|---|---|---|
| License key | Shown on the confirmation screen and emailed to the address you entered at checkout | Immediately after payment clears — usually seconds |
| Software | Download from netsecwall.com/#download — one build for the trial and every plan; your key decides what it unlocks | Any time, before or after purchase |
| Receipt / invoice | Emailed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record | Immediately after payment |
| Updates | In-app updater, for the life of your subscription | As released |
Before you buy: the trial
The installer runs a 7-day trial with every feature unlocked and needs no key — no card, no account, nothing delivered. It is tied to the device and cannot be reset by reinstalling. When it ends the app needs a license key to keep working; that key is what a purchase delivers. There is no free tier.
Activating
- Download and install NetSecWall on your Windows 10 or 11 PC (64-bit).
- Open the app and paste your license key when prompted.
- Click Activate — the plan's features unlock straight away.
Activation needs a working internet connection once. After that the app keeps running, and re-checks the license periodically. A monthly and a yearly subscription deliver exactly the same key and the same features — the only difference is how often you are charged.
No physical shipping
We do not ship discs, dongles, or printed material, so there are no shipping fees, customs charges, or delivery addresses involved anywhere in the order.
If your key doesn't arrive
- Check your spam or promotions folder for a message from netsecwall.com and from Paddle.
- Re-send it yourself from the account page using the email you bought with.
- Still nothing? Open a support ticket with your order reference and we will re-issue the key — usually within one business day, and always within three.
If we cannot deliver a working key at all, you are entitled to a full refund under the Refund policy.
Enterprise / on-premise (beta)
Enterprise is not sold self-service. The on-premise management server is in beta, and every deployment is arranged with our sales team. You tell us the seat count, we scope it and send a quote, then an invoice or a payment link. There is no checkout button for it, and the checkout page will not offer it.
Once the order is settled, the Enterprise key is delivered by email like any other key and carries a seat count. That seat count becomes your management server's cap at activation; the server then runs entirely inside your own network. Volume, invoiced, and air-gapped deployments are handled the same way — talk to sales.
System requirements
Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit, with administrator rights. The management server (Enterprise) additionally needs a Windows or Linux host able to run .NET 10. Buying a plan does not make the software work on unsupported systems — check the requirements before you order, and use the 7-day trial to confirm it runs on your machine.
